Refund Policy Self Propelled Enterprises Pty Ltd is a sports events company and our focus is on delivering the best event that we can, however there are extreme circumstances that may require cancellation of the event. These could include fire, storm, rain, flood, forest closure or any other circumstances. Please understand that in the event of cancellation at Sparrow Hill we will endeavour to conduct the race at another venue if possible. However we will not compromise rider's safety. Event cancellation is always a possibility however remote. In these circumstances we will refund 50% of the race entry fee before 20 February 2010. No race products will be provided. If we have to cancel the event after 20 February 2010 no refund will be given but race products will be available to all teams with delivery costs paid by riders. If you have to withdraw from the race, the refund details as described above also apply. There is no refund for a team reduced to a smaller team size, and full team fees apply.

I hereby agree that team race fees are applicable to the category entered and that no reduction will be applied if there is less than the category number in the team (eg: a team of 4 with only 3 riders). I hereby agree that the race may be cancelled due to fire, storm, rain, inclement weather, wind, forest closure, or any other circumstances. I agree that a maximum of 50% of the race entry fee will be refunded and I will receive no race products if I or my team withdraw from the race or the race is cancelled on or before 20 February 2010. I agree that no entry fees will be refunded if I or my team withdraw from the race or the race is cancelled after 20 February 2010 and that I am liable for delivery charges if I wish to receive race products. I agree that no refunds will be given if the number of riders in my team is reduced no matter what the circumstances.
Refunds of Day Licenses
Our Online Entry System can collect your MTBA membership number. At close of entries, your details and MTBA Member Number are sent to MTBA for verification. Getting a refund for an incorrectly collected Day License Fee is straight forward. If you are entitled to a refund of a Day License Fee, you will get one.
When you come to the Race Registration Tent, simply present your valid MTBA license to a Race Official during registration and you will be refunded $15 in cash. Race Officials MUST sight your license, otherwise you will not receive a refund. Note: No refund will be made on the purchase of a MTBA day license if a valid MTBA license is presented after the event.
